Distance Sales Agreement

1. PARTIES

BUYER: The user placing an order via the website.

2. SUBJECT

The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the service specified below, which the BUYER ordered electronically from the SELLER's website.

3. NATURE OF SERVICE & PAYMENT

The service subject to the contract is a personalized digital animation video prepared with the data (photos, etc.) provided by the BUYER. The service fee is collected from the BUYER via the Iyzico payment system during the order.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to Article 15 (ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts; the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in "Contracts regarding services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer" and (b) "Contracts regarding goods prepared in line with the consumer's wishes or personal needs". Since the product is a personalized digital content, it cannot be returned after delivery.

5. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The BUYER accepts that they have read the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery of the service subject to the contract on the website and have given the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment.
