1. Delivery Process

Services offered by Kubra Studios are digital content production. Once your order is confirmed and necessary materials (photos, etc.) reach us, the production process begins according to your chosen package.

• Standard delivery time is 2 business days.
• Completed videos are sent to you privately via WhatsApp or Email.
• No physical shipping is available for digital products.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of "custom-made products that are not suitable for return", the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for our services.

However, customer satisfaction is our priority at Kubra Studios:

• Full refund is available for cancellation requests made before the production process begins (within the first 12 hours after order).
• Once production is completed, refunds are not possible as the product is custom-made.
• In case of a technical error or incorrect character design, you have the right to free revision.
